How to make tartare

For this tip you need the following ingredients:

First, briefly freeze the meat to make it easier to handle. Using a very sharp knife, cut it into small cubes (approx. ½ cm). Transfer it to a container and put it in the fridge.

In another container, mix the egg yolk, lemon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Gradually add the olive oil to form a dressing.

Add the dressing to the meat along with the capers, onion, and parsley.

Gently mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately with thin slices of toasted bread.
