Cut the tortilla in half.

Cut each half into 2 to obtain 4 pieces.

Fry the tortilla in hot oil until golden brown. Try to fry the tortilla in small batches so that the oil doesn’t cool down. Once the tortillas are fried, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess grease. Add salt or chicken bouillon.
