How to make your chicken taste better

When cooking chicken, it loses some flavor during the cooking process; but don't worry, there are many ways to enhance the flavor of chicken. I’ll share my secret so you know how to make your chicken taste better, ensuring you always serve delicious and nutritious chicken.

Step by Step

1
Marinate it. If you season and marinate your chicken 24 hours before cooking, it will have much more flavor. The longer the chicken marinates, the more tender it will be and the better it will taste. Use juices or broths to marinate the chicken instead of oils, this way you'll achieve a healthier chicken. Keep it in the refrigerator during this process.
2
Season it. Use intense flavors like lemon zest, chilies, or fresh herbs to add more flavor to your chicken and less fat.
3
Non-stick pans. Use pans with non-stick surfaces to avoid using fats that could change the flavor of the chicken; instead, add a bit of onion, peppers, or spices.
4
Thermometer. If the chicken is overcooked, its flavor is ruined. Use a thermometer to determine the exact cooking point. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 82°C.
5
Salt and Sugar. For chicken breasts, mix 1/3 cup of coarse salt with 1/3 cup of brown sugar and your favorite spices. Place the chicken breast inside a bag and coat it with this mixture. Let it rest for 4 to 8 hours. Before cooking, rinse the chicken and dry it with paper towels; then cook it as you normally would.
