Lemon Salmon with Pea Puree

This puree is recommended from 9 months onward. Salmon contains omega 3 which helps prevent coronary diseases, and peas contain beta carotene; a powerful antioxidant.

Ingredients:

Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Add dill, salt, and pepper.

Blend the peas, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.

Place the pea puree on a plate and place the salmon pieces on top of it.
