How to freeze meat and fish

Many times when we go to the supermarket, butcher, or fish market, we buy a good amount of meat to make it last. To prevent it from spoiling and to keep it better, I share my tip on how to freeze meat, chicken, or fish.

Step by Step

1
For chicken: separate each piece and wrap them in cling film.
2
Cooked chicken tastes better if frozen for no more than 4 months.
3
White fish lasts up to 6 months; preferably, freeze each fillet separately.
4
Salmon, tuna, and shrimp should not be frozen for more than 3 months.
5
On average, beef can last up to 12 months; decide whether to freeze it in a package or each piece separately.
