Stick the washi tape from side to side; you can use different colors and designs.

Cut the Ziploc® bag to the desired size and seal the bottom of the bag with washi tape to prevent the colors from spilling out.

Cut off the excess tape and decorate the other side. Ready in just a few minutes, you'll have a nice cosmetic bag or pen case.
