Fold the paper in half lengthwise and widthwise. Repeat the process with the remaining papers.

Using a cutter, cut the tissue paper in half. Repeat the process with the remaining papers.

Lay the papers flat and stack one sheet on top of another. Start folding from the shorter side back and forth to form a fan. Repeat the process with the remaining papers.

Round the edges of the papers with scissors. Repeat the process with the remaining papers.

Arrange the colorful fans one on top of the other and tie the center with string, making sure it is tightly secured.

Start unfolding each sheet of tissue paper, being careful not to tear them.

Using hot glue, attach the stick to the center of the paper ball. Let it dry completely. Insert the ball into the green sponge and fill with Air Heads® Bites.
