How to Make Butterfly Candy Bags

These butterfly-shaped candy bags are perfect for decorating dessert tables. They are simple, fun, and quick to make. You don't need much time, and it's safe to do with kids as an activity during the party.

Step by Step

1
Materials: o Air Heads® Bag o Colorful pipe cleaners o Hot glue gun o Bag with googly eyes o Wooden clothespins o Small plastic bags with zipper
2
Fill 1/3 of the plastic bag with Air Heads®. Remove the air from the bag and seal it.
3
Fold the bag inward and divide it in half, making sure there is the same amount of candy in both sections. Twist in the middle of the division to form the butterfly wings.
4
Place the clothespin in the middle to hold the bag. Glue the googly eyes with a bit of hot glue.
5
Fold the pipe cleaners and twist the ends outward to create the butterfly's antennas. Put glue on the fold at the bottom and stick it to the clothespin. Hold it for a few minutes to make sure it sticks well.
