Step by Step

To make nice details for your guests you need:

Cut the sheets of decorative paper in half. Use a metal ruler and cut that half in half again.

Form cones by joining the edges with a little glue.

Place a little glue on the end of the straw, insert it into the cone, and hold it until it sticks completely.

Trace sticks on the colored cardstocks, cut them out, and glue them to the other end of the straw.

Fill the umbrellas with Mentos ®. Cut pieces of tulle and completely cover the umbrellas, tying them with a piece of colored ribbon.
