To make the Santa you need:

Cut a circle of skin-colored fondant.

Cut a circle of white fondant with a wavy edge. Cut a section of the white fondant to form the beard.

Glue the beard to the face with water.

Cut a circle of red fondant.

Cut a small section to make Santa's hat. Glue it on the face.

Cut the remaining section diagonally. Take the small section and cut it into a triangle.

Cut another white circle and cut a strip for the hat; glue it at the junction.

Glue the triangle on the red part and form a small ball and glue it to the end of the triangle.

Form a small red ball and glue it on the beard for the nose. Cut a circle of white fondant and cut it in half; glue it to simulate the mustache. With the edible black marker, draw the eyes on Santa.
