How to store Christmas tree lights to avoid tangling

When we store Christmas things, we are tired and want to finish quickly, and by rushing everything, the lights end up all tangled, and when we take them out again, it's very difficult to work with them.

Step by Step

1
Tie them around a coffee container or a large can. Make a small hole in the lid and insert the end of the string lights into the container, winding them; at the end, place the other end inside the can.
2
Wrap them around a cardboard of disposable paper towels. Make a slot at the beginning and one at the end to connect the ends.
3
Save boxes from Christmas gifts, repeat the same process of cutting a slot to insert the ends at the beginning and the end.
4
Wrap them around a plastic hook. Use plastic clips to secure the edges and prevent them from slipping off the hook.
5
Inside a bucket, connect the string lights to themselves to prevent tangling, carefully place them inside the bucket and cover each string with a plastic bag, continue placing strings and plastic as many layers as fit in the bucket.
