Step by Step

1
Materials:
2
In a bowl, mix the crumbled cake with the chocolate frosting using a rubber spatula until combined.
3
Shape balls using your hands, some larger than others to simulate the body and head. Freeze.
4
Insert a wooden stick into one of the large balls and place a smaller ball on top, leaving a slight space at the end for the hat. Freeze again.
5
Coat the balls with melted white chocolate, drain the excess, and let dry.
6
Paint a bit of black fondant with food coloring, a bit of orange, and a bit of red using a food spray.
7
With the black fondant, shape the hats for the snowmen by sticking the pieces together with a bit of water. Shape the nose with the orange.
8
For the scarves, roll out white and red fondant, combine the rolls, and use a rolling pin to flatten. Cut strips and make cuts at the ends to simulate the scarf.
9
Using a wooden stick, mark holes to simulate the eyes, nose, and buttons.
10
Insert the hat into the remaining tip of the snowmen. Attach the nose and scarf with a bit of water. Insert chocolate bits into the marked holes to simulate the eyes and buttons, and paint cheeks with food spray.
