How to make an Easter bunny candy holder

This beautiful Easter craft is very easy to make as it requires few materials. Having candies on hand to offer your guests is a great touch; they will love it!

Step by Step

1
To make an Easter bunny candy holder you need:
2
Paint the lid of the jar with white paint. Let it dry and apply another coat of paint.
3
With black or gray inflatable paint, trace the mouth and eyes of the bunny, and with pink paint, draw a triangle to make the nose.
4
Now bring your bunny to life by filling the candy holder with Mentos®.
5
Trace long ears on the white foam with a marker; they don’t have to be perfect, cut them out. Draw smaller ears on the pink foam; these will be the center part of the white ears, also cut them out.
6
Glue the pink part in the center of the white ears with hot glue. Place a bit of glue on the edge of each and stick them to the rim of the jar.
7
Optionally, you can take the opportunity to paint foam eggs with your children and decorate them as they wish. Use the candy holder as a centerpiece by decorating with paper grass and colorful eggs or more Mentos®.
