Catrina Gelatin

Step by Step

Materials• Strawberry gelatin• Coconut gelatin• Lemon gelatin• Grape gelatin• Cooking spray• Gelatin mold• Downloadable template• Wooden stick• Glue• Flower and leaf cutter

Grease the gelatin mold with a bit of oil.

Start making the skirt with alternating layers of strawberry and coconut gelatin. Refrigerate between each layer for 15 minutes. Once the mold is full, refrigerate until fully set.

Grease two rectangular molds with a bit of oil, pour some lemon gelatin into one and grape gelatin into the other. Ensure that the layers of each are thin. Refrigerate until fully set.

Unmold both gelatin layers and cut them using cutters, some leaves, and flowers. Set aside.

Unmold the skirt and decorate with the gelatin leaves and flowers around it.

Print and cut out the downloadable template. Glue both Catrinas together with a wooden stick in between them.

Insert the Catrina on top of the gelatin and serve.
