Step by Step

Materials

Print and cut out the downloadable template.

Cut the pennants from cardstock in different colors.

Cut out the letters from colorful cardstock.

As well as the templates for the flowers.

Fold the tips of each petal and glue the 3 pieces together; placing the largest one at the bottom and the smallest one on top.

Assemble the pennants with the letters and flowers, gluing them with a little hot glue.

Make two holes in the upper corners of each pennant.

Insert the ribbon through the holes to form the garland.
