To decorate rainbow cupcakes you need:

Divide the frosting into two parts. Add a few drops of blue food coloring to one part, mix well.

Using a spatula or knife, spread the frosting over the entire cupcake.

Place an Xtreme® strip from end to end to simulate a rainbow.

At each corner of the rainbow, add a bit of white frosting with the pastry bag to resemble clouds.
