Cut the tissue paper into rectangles long enough to wrap around the Mentos® tube.

Place the Mentos® tube on the paper and roll it up.

Twist the ends and turn them to form a candy.

Put a rubber band on each end to secure the shape.

Tie a ribbon to cover the rubber band and cut off the excess.
