It all depends on what you want. To make about 40 cookies, you need:

- Flour (four cups)
- Baking powder (about one teaspoon)
- Salt (one tablespoon)
- Butter (around 500 grams)
- Brown sugar (one and a half cups)
- One egg with an extra yolk
- A bit of vanilla (preferably extract)
- Cocoa powder (half a tablespoon)
- Green tea (three tablespoons). The tea must be powdered.

The first step is to mix the salt, flour, and baking powder. Right after that, beat the sugar with the butter. To this mixture, add one egg, the yolk of another egg, and the vanilla, and beat everything together. Once the mixture is well made, combine it with the salt, flour, and baking powder that we previously mixed. The best way to mix all the ingredients is to do it by hand. Once we have the dough well kneaded, the next step is to divide the mixture into two. One half will receive the cocoa while the other will have the green tea added to it. When the two parts are well mixed, they will need to be stored in the refrigerator for more than two hours. After this time, using some flour, we will divide the doughs. The chocolate one will be shaped round while the tea one will be used to “decorate” the cookies in whatever shape we deem most appropriate. When we have the cookies ready, we will place them in the oven. Depending on the oven's power, it will take more or less time to bake, so we need to keep an eye on the process. After that, all that’s left is to enjoy and, for the more daring, decorate the living room as if it were a casino.
