Delicious sweet potato pap with fresh turkey, with a perfect consistency to stimulate your baby's taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Turkey breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of pasta

    Preparation

    Place the breast of the turkey without skin and without fat inside a saucepan with water and carrot, the water must be cold. Let boil and lower the heat until it is cooked. Reserve the broth and process the meat until it has the perfect consistency for your baby.
    Wrap the sweet potato in aluminum and place in the oven at 180 º C until it is soft, when baked in the oven we will obtain a creamier texture, intensify the flavors and maintain the nutrients.

    Cook the pasta and reserve
    In a plate mix 3 tablespoons of turkey, 2 tablespoons of sweet potato and two tablespoons of pasta, season with salt and sunflower oil.
