Fusili with Shrimp and Pesto Sauce in a Pot

If you have just had your baby and you are looking for a quick and easy recipe to make, we recommend this delicious fusili with shrimp and pesto sauce, the best thing is that you do everything in a pot. Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups fusilli pasta
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and clean
  • 150 grams asparagus
  • 100 grams pinion
  • 1 corsage basil
  • 150 grams parmesan cheese
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Boil the water in a pot and add salt in grain. Add fusili pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the water and add a little cold water to stop cooking the pasta and do not get watered down.
Place the pine nuts, the parmesan cheese, the basil in the blender. Blend until everything is mixed and, while still liquefying, add the olive oil.
Clean and cut the asparagus into small pieces and cook them in boiling water with a little salt, add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes.
Mix the pasta with the shrimp, the asparagus and the pesto sauce. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
