Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 carrots, medium

Preparation

Wash, cut and peel the carrots in medium cubes. Place the carrot in a steamer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Peel, cut into medium cubes and remove the core of the apple. Add the steamer together with the carrot and cook for another 5 minutes.
Strain the water and puree to a smooth consistency, add a little water with which you cooked the carrot and apple if necessary.
Serve some of the warm porridge on your baby's plate
