Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 50 grams pasta, Animals of the Modern Forest

Preparation

Add the two cups in a steamer and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Let stand for 4 minutes and then mix with the water from the steamer where you cooked the broccoli. You can also use milk that the baby usually takes to mix.
Cook the pasta in boiling water. It must be smooth.
Blend everything very well. If your baby is already chewing, do not liquefy the pasta and add it to the broccoli porridge so that it has texture.

TIPS

Broccoli is best cooked in a steamer or in a microwave to prevent it from losing its vitamins.
