Chicken and Carrot Express Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoonful of vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken breast or chicken thigh without skin or bone
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of salt with celery McCormick®
  • 2 carrots split into pieces

    Preparation

    In an Express® Pressure Cooker over high heat place the oil. Add the chicken, 2 cups of water, salt and carrot.
    Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame, when the steam goes out, reduce the flame to medium and cook for 35 minutes.
    Remove the pot from the heat, let cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker and that's it!
    Go to a food processor until it gets a thick consistency.

    TIPS

    As your baby learns to chew, you can cut the chicken and carrot into small pieces.
