Ingredients

6 portions
  • 10 milligrams vegetal oil
  • 100 grams onion, (1/2 girl cut into big pieces)
  • 110 grams chicken breast, without bone, without skin cut into pieces
  • 300 grams sweet potato, peeled, and cut into cubes
  • 100 grams carrot, medium cut and sliced
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken soup, without salt
  • 1 cup frozen pea

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion for 3 minutes, until smooth.
Add the chicken and cook until sealed on the outside. Add the sweet potato and add the chicken broth.
Bring it to a boil, then cover and lower the heat to low and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Add the frozen peas and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the whole mixture in a food processor to make a smooth puree.
