Ingredients

6 portions
  • 5 grams vegetal oil, ( 1 tablespoon )
  • 50 grams onion, (1/2 piece girl) cut
  • 110 grams chicken breast, skinless and cut into pieces
  • 100 grams potato, (1 piece) peeled and cut into cubes
  • 50 grams carrot, (1 medium piece) peeled and cut
  • 350 milliliters chicken soup, without salt
  • 1 cup frozen pea

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook until sealed
Add the potatoes, onions and chicken broth.
Cook until the grass, cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add the peas and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
In a food processor or blender mix until you get the desired texture.
