Ingredients

2 portions
  • 10 grams oats, natural (do not use the snapshot) 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 60 milliliters apple juice without sugar
  • 50 grams apple, peeled, discouraged and cut into cubes (1/2 piece)
  • 15 grams prune, without bone and cut (2 pieces)
  • 100 grams pear, discouraged and cut (1/2 piece)

Preparation

Add the oatmeal, apple juice and two tablespoons of water in a pan to boiling and cooking for 2 more minutes.
Add the apple, the prunes, pears and cover the pan. Let cook for 3 minutes moving occasionally
Puree in the blender until you reach the desired consistency
