Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on elbow pasta
  • 2 carrots, cut in cubes
  • Water

Preparation

In a pot put to boil water.
Add the pasta and leave for 25 minutes or until it is al dente.
Add the carrots and leave in the water for 15 minutes or until soft.
Drain the pasta and carrot, reserve the broth.
Place the pasta and carrot in a food processor or blender.
Blend and add the broth one tablespoon at a time until obtaining the desired consistency.

Deberían revisar esta receta, la pasta se bate con tanto tiempo de cocción y se hace una pasta horrible al molerla.

No se ven bien las instrucciones Por favor que alguien corrija el que no se pueden ver bien la descripción de los ingredientes y de indicaciones para preparar la receta. (estorban las imágenes de la cámara y la impresora).Gracias
