Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 apples, peeled, cut and without heart
  • 2 pears, peeled, cut and without heart
  • 1/4 cups apple juice without sugar, or water
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Preparation

Add the fruit in a pan together with the apple juice and 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook over low heat until tender for 6 to 8 minutes.
Mix the fruit until you get a smooth puree.
Serve a few spoonfuls on the baby's plate and serve warm.
