Prepare the first pap with fruit for your baby from six months, the fruit you choose must be sweet and ripe. The pear is a delicious fruit that you can combine with a slice of cinnamon to give it a different touch.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 pears, medium peeled and without heart
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 raja cinnamon

Preparation

Cut the pear into small pieces, try to be the same size.
Place the fruit in a pan with the water, the cinnamon slit and cover. Cook over low heat until tender for 4 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon slit and blend the pear to obtain a smooth puree using a little of the water with which you cooked it.
Serve a few spoonfuls on your baby's plate, taking care that the temperature is warm.
