Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of Castilla pumpkin

Preparation

Peel and remove the pumpkin seeds, then cut into small pieces. Place a pan with little water, cover and cook over low heat until tender (for 15 minutes).
Add to a blender the pumpkin and some of the water where you cooked it (depends on the desired consistency) and blend until you get a puree.
Serve some of the warm porridge on your baby's plate.

TIPS

Do not use too much water when you are boiling vegetables.
