Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen pea

Preparation

In a pot with water place the peas and leave in the boiling water for 6 minutes or until they are soft.
Drain the peas and reserve the broth.
In a food processor or blender add the peas and blend to create a smooth mixture adding the broth 1 tablespoon at a time until you have the desired consistency.
