Preparation
Wash, peel and dice the carrot
Wash and dice the zucchini
In a pan add both vegetables and cook for 6-8 minutes or until both are tender.
Let stand 3 minutes before mashing.
Puree the vegetables and serve on the plate of your warm baby.
