Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups strawberry
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 1/2 apples
  • 1/4 cups orange juice

Preparation

Since the strawberries are disinfected cut the tail and add to the blender with the apple and banana. Mix.
To obtain a less thick mixture, add the juice of the orange little by little until obtaining the desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy.

TIPS

If there is no orange, you can add the juice of a tangerine.
