Preparation
Wash and peel the carrots.
Cut into equal pieces and place in a pan with enough water to only cover the carrots.
Cover and cook 15-20 minutes until tender
Mix until you get a smooth puree using a bit of the water where you cooked the carrots. The consistency depends on the difficulty of your baby swallowing
Serve only a few spoonfuls on a saucer. Serve warm.
