Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams carrot, 2 peeled and sliced ​​pieces
  • 200 grams cauliflower, cut into florets (1 1/4 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 200 grams tomtato, 2 pieces
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese, (3/4 cup)

Preparation

Add the carrots in a pan, add enough water so that only the carrots are covered, cover and let boil.
Cook covered for 12 minutes, add the cauliflower and cook for 6 more minutes.
Melt the butter and sauté the tomatoes for 2 minutes or until they are somewhat crushed.
Add the cheese until it melts.
Mix all the vegetables together with the tomato sauce and cheese until you have a desirable consistency.
