  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/3 cups chocolate chip

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Process the Kellogg's® Granola Coco, raisins and honey until they are broken to obtain a very fine flour. Pass the Kellogg's® Granola flour, cocoa, raisins and honey to a bowl and add the cinnamon powder, the baking powder, the baking soda and the salt.
In another bowl crush the bananas until they have the consistency of a puree. Add the egg, vanilla and honey, mix until everything is incorporated.
Add the mixture of Granola Kellogg's® Coco, raisins and honey and stir until you get a slightly thick mixture. Reserve 1 tbsp of chocolate chips and add the rest of the chocolate chips.
Grease a square mold, pour the mixture and add the chocolate chip on top. Bake at 180 ° C for 15-18 minutes.
