Consume your family with these healthy and delicious chocolate granola bars. They are made with Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey and give it a great flavor and a crunchy texture. You can eat them at breakfast, snack or send lunch to your children.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 3 cups of Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey
  • 1/2 Cup of bittersweet chocolate chip
  • 1 tablespoon of coarse salt
  • 1/2 Cup of honey
  • 90 grams of Butter
  • 2/3 of Cup of brown sugar
  • 50 grams of bittersweet chocolate

    Preparation

    Mix the Kellogg's® Granola Coco, raisins and honey with the salt and the chocolate sparks. Place the honey, butter and brown sugar in a pot and put over medium heat to melt the butter.
    Constantly stir the mixture in the pot to prevent it from burning and make sure that the brown sugar and honey are diluted in the butter.
    Pour the liquid mixture over the mixture of Granola Kellogg's® Coco, raisins and honey, stir until incorporating all the ingredients. Place everything on a glass container and with the help of a compact spoon the mixture until it is uniform.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Melt the semi-bitter chocolate in the microwave. Remove the refractory from the refrigerator and pour the melted chocolate on top.
