  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberry, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, washed and disinfected

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Granola mix Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry. with melted butter, brown sugar and honey.
Grease a muffin pan with a little butter and with the help of an ice cream spoon, empty a little of the mixture in each mold.
Press the mixture through the mold and with the help of a glass, smooth the base of the mold. Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and, if necessary, shape it with a spoon to make room for the center to fill. Cool for 20 minutes and unmold. Place yogurt inside each cup and add the fruit.
