Start your mornings with these healthy light hotcakes with granola. They are made with Granola Kellogg's® Coco, raisins and honey that give it a delicious flavor. They have a rich banana flavor and the best thing is that they do not contain gluten, they are also easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey

Preparation

Place the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey in the processor and grind to a gritty consistency.
Mix the Kellogg's® Granola Coco, raisins and honey crushed with banana and egg. There should be a slightly thick consistency.
Add butter to a hot pan and pour a little of the mixture. Let it cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with honey.
