Prepare these rich balls of granola with peanut butter. They have a delicious peanut butter flavor with chocolate chips and a crunchy consistency provided by the granola. They are very easy to make and the kids love it. Not to be missed.

Ingredients

16 portions
  • 1 cup Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey
  • 2/3 cups grated coconut
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chip
  • 1/3 cups bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Lightly toast the shredded coconut in a pan over medium heat. Move it constantly to avoid burning. Once it is lightly golden remove it from the fire.
Combine the coconut with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until you have an easy-to-handle dough.
Form small balls with your hand or you can use a spoon for ice cream, this way all will be the same size. Place the balls in a tray and refrigerate them for 15 minutes so that they are firmer.
Before serving, leave them for 5 minutes at room temperature.

TIPS

Store them in a container and refrigerate them, this way they can last you a whole week.
