Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 2 pieces of banana
  • 1/4 of Cup of refined sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 Cup of Semi-bitter chocolate spark

    Preparation

    Crush the 4 bananas until they have the consistency of a puree. Add the two sugars, the egg and the vanilla.
    Add Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth, raisin. , the baking powder and the flour. Mix until you have a homogeneous mass and add half of the chocolate chips.
    Form balls with the help of two spoons and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
    Melt the rest of the chocolate chips in the microwave for 15 seconds, moving between each one. Let the cookies cool and once cold form strips of bitter chocolate on the cookies.
