Prepare this rich and nutritious avocado dressing with granola. It has a delicious avocado flavor with a slight sweetness that gives it granola. It is a creamy dressing, perfect to accompany your favorite salad. You can also use it as a side dish for meat or chicken dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander washed and disinfected
  • 4 spoonfuls of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of White wine vinegar
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Garlic grated

    Preparation

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed in the middle with a knife. Extract the pulp and place it in a blender jar, add the Kellogg's® Grains Granola® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry, coriander, water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and grated garlic
    Blend until everything is well incorporated.
    Add the olive oil in the form of yarn while still liquefying. Serve the dressing with your favorite salad.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the dressing in a bowl and sprinkle more of the Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry on top.

    TIPS

    You can substitute white wine vinegar for apple cider vinegar or white vinegar.
