Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 2 cups of cambray potato
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley Washing and disinfected
  • 1/4 of Cup of carrot washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper

    Preparation

    Cut the chambray potatoes in half and cook them in boiling salted water. Drain the potatoes and immerse them in ice water to slow cooking.
    File the purple onion and caramelize it in a hot pan with oil. Peel the carrot and cut it into very thin strips.
    Cook the carrot with a little oil, salt and pepper until it is slightly soft.
    Mix the potatoes with Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins, onion, carrot, mayonnaise and parsley.
    Keep in the refrigerator until serving.

    PRESENTATION

    You can use it as a garnish for a dish with meat.

    TIPS

    You can substitute mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
