Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams corn tortilla, blue cut in triangles
  • 150 grams chicken breast, cooked and crumbled
  • 100 grams asadero cheese, grated
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 6 twigs fresh coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, (your juice)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Spread the tortilla triangles in a tray and bake for 25 minutes, taking care not to burn. Remove them and reserve.
For the pico de gallo: mix the tomato, serrano pepper, onion and cilantro. Season with salt and add lemon juice and olive oil.
Stretch the chips in a tray, add the chicken and cover them with the cheese grill, gratin in the oven for 5 minutes. Once the cheese is melted, remove it from the oven, add cream and pico de gallo.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and place it in the center of the table.
