Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 grams of Corn tortillas blue cut in triangles
  • 150 grams of chicken breast cooked and crumbled
  • 100 grams of asadero cheese grated
  • 5 spoonfuls of sour cream
  • 2 pieces of tomato chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 6 twigs of fresh coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 piece of green lemon (your juice)
  • 2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Spread the tortilla triangles in a tray and bake for 25 minutes, taking care not to burn. Remove them and reserve.
    For the pico de gallo: mix the tomato, serrano pepper, onion and cilantro. Season with salt and add lemon juice and olive oil.
    Stretch the chips in a tray, add the chicken and cover them with the cheese grill, gratin in the oven for 5 minutes. Once the cheese is melted, remove it from the oven, add cream and pico de gallo.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and place it in the center of the table.
