The biscottis are typical Italian gallletas with different ingredients, in this recipe we prepare them with almonds and coffee that are the favorites of my family.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Prepare a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Put the almonds and pistachios in a tray each. Bake for 5 min approx.
Put the almonds and pistachios in a processor until finely chopped.
Grind the coffee beans.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Integrate the butter into cubes until they look like crumbs.
Add the pistachios, almonds, ground coffee beans, sugar, eggs and coffee. Mix well.
Divide the dough into three equal amounts by placing them on the baking sheet. Spread them a little and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and remove from oven. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
With a knife to cut bread cut pieces of biscotti shape and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
