This is an exquisite combination of the traditional vanilla bread with the flavor of the ball cheese, easy and quick to prepare. Perfect to share with loved ones.

Ingredients

7 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of flour
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 grams of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 2 spoonfuls of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of cheese of grated ball

Preparation

Beat the butter until acremar, sugar is added little by little.
While stirring, only eggs are added, one by one.
The flour is added with the baking powder (sifted).
Blend condensed milk with half the striped cheese and add 1/2 can of water.
When everything is very well mixed, the vanilla is added in an enveloping form.
Pour into the mold already greased and floured. It is baked at 190ºC. Always checking every 20 or 25 minutes.

PRESENTATION

White sugar is mixed with the leftover cheese and sprinkled on the bread.

TIPS

To have the amount of water poured into the middle of the can of condensed milk. Be aware of the bread as the time may vary depending on the oven.

Tengo una duda en q momento se espolvorea el pan : cuando ya está hecho fuera del horno o antes d ingresar al horno
