The traditional banana pancake in this recipe we give a twist and add berries to make it a little different and much richer.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups blueberry, dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder
  • 2 1/2 bananas, crushed
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175ºC. Grease the mold.
Beat the butter with the sugar. Once well incorporated and the butter is creamy, add the eggs (one at a time).
Add the banana, vanilla and cream. Add well and add the royal, flour and salt.
Finally add the berries (only to mix).
Pour the mixture over the pancake mold.
Bake for about 1 hour until the chopstick comes out clean. Let cool a little and then unmold.
