Delicious breakfast of Bisquet and Orange Juice with carrot. Perfect for when you're in a hurry and don't have time to prepare a stronger breakfast. It is a combination that goes very well, the flavor of orange, carrot and bisquet are very good.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 biscuit, integral
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 carrots

Preparation

Toast the bisquet and add with butter. Place the jam.
Squeeze the oranges. Remove the peel from the carrot. Add the juice in a blender and add the carrot. Grind and strain. Serve with the bisquet.

PRESENTATION

Serve the juice in a glass and the bisquet on a plate accompanied by a nice napkin.

TIPS

To add protein to your breakfast, add peanut butter to the biscuit.
