Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can bean, whole
  • 1 can corn, golden, girl
  • 4 fried or toasted corn tortilla, (preferably baked)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 6 leaves basil, disinfected
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

We preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
Put the corn and beans in a colander, drain them, rinse them under the water and place them in the blender jar.
Add all the other ingredients and grind until you get a smooth mixture without lumps.
We grease a mold, put waxed paper to bake and pour the mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center of the cake is cooked, this we will know by introducing a toothpick, if it comes out clean the cake is cooked.

PRESENTATION
