Ingredients

12 portions
  • 300 grams flour
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 30 grams milk powder
  • 50 grams butter
  • 100 milliliters Water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Make a dish with flour, milk powder, yeast and salt on the table.
Aside, add the butter with the sugar, and add the eggs lightly beaten.
Add the butter mixture to the source of the dry ingredients.
Incorporate the warm water little by little and work it until it is a smooth mass and that it takes off from the table and hands.
Knead for 10 minutes and let it ferment for 30 minutes in a warm place, preferably near the oven to ferment better and faster.
Shape the bread (balls of the size of your preference), place them in the previously floured tray and varnish with egg. Leave to ferment for 15 more minutes.
Re-varnish (this helps to obtain a better color at the end), and bake from 180º to 200º for 20 minutes approx. or until the surface of the bread looks golden.

PRESENTATION
